How do I pay?

Payment is not required to secure coverage. The insurance company will bill you directly. Typically the deposit is not due for 2-3 weeks. You can send in payment via the invoice the insurance carrier will be sending you or you can setup auto pay and/or pay your bill online.

What to expect with my previous carrier cancellation?

*If you asked for our help cancelling your prior policy (by checking "yes" on the final page of the signature documents) our team will be sending you a cancellation form to e-sign within the next several days. Once you sign the cancellation form our team will forward that to your prior insurance carrier and follow up to confirm they receive it. PLEASE NOTE: if you are set up on auto debit / direct ACH we strongly suggest that you contact your bank and/or prior insurance carrier to ensure they do not debit you for the upcoming term's initial deposit payment. If your prior insurance carrier has already debited you for the upcoming term's deposit, don't worry, you will get all of your money back. The refund process normally takes several weeks, but they will return the funds back to you.

What if I signed up for payroll reporting?

The insurance carrier's payroll reporting team will be reaching out to you directly with set up instructions.
